This car met all my wants and needs. It has a plug free cell phone charger in the center console, USB ports to charge everything else. Super fast with the Tuner on it. Had it up to 700+ HP and handled like a dream. You could not imagine how good it handled unless you drive it yourself! Looks amazing with all the Carbon Fiber added everything matches and it is just right not to over done. Very Classy and very fast! The new owner will love this car!

In the last 20 years ,we have owned 7 BMW's and are experienced with 10 different dealerships across 7 states for service. Autohaus BMW of ST Louis has clearly been the best and the most customer focused dealership we have experienced and not because of over the top customer waiting areas. There's are nice:) We moved to STL 18 months ago and our 2011 and 2013 X's were purchased elsewhere but you wouldn't know it. I am always offered a loaner as a starting point, not just a ride. The dealer in MN where I purchased the vehicle didn't offer that always and even when it was a warranty repair. Secondly, Dan, Mike, and Victor in the service department are professionals who know their vehicles and always direct me to coupons or advertised service savings when I forget to look. They are honest in their service appraisals of my vehicles and willing to say when something isn't necessary. I never feel oversold on service or scared sold into additional services. What has really given me enthusiasm for this dealership once again was their willingness to advocate on my behalf for a pricey Diesel Exhaust Fluid tank sensor repair ($2300) at just 80k miles and not quite 5 years of ownership. They persuaded BMWUSA to give me more than fair compensation on the repair. Reminder, I didn't buy any of my previous BMW's from Autohaus. They are good honest people and I will shop for my next BMW from them for certain. When I told the cashier how pleased I was with their organization and how they treat their customers, she replied: "they treat the employees the same way. This is my 3rd dealership and they are the best to work for by far." Well-treated employees translates into well-treated customers in my opinion. Seems to be a good culture. A chiseled look and great drive a true bmw the epitome of what an automobile should be. It’s a daily driver with the best of the best
Although they asked me to leave a positive review, but they had already earned it. Chris Quaglio my adviser was polite and patient. First identified what I needed, then showed me a nice car which I bought. However a question about car history is still unanswered by them. I hope they get back to me with a satisfactory answer.
Azi in financing department is also patient and helpful. He gave me very good advises on financing, although I expected him to let me know before submitting hard inquiries to get my credit history.
Overall I'm happy doing business with them.

Competition package is a must - car is so fast it is just scary! Handles great- real choppy at full “m” unless you are on the freeway - a bit thick in the rear- at first a leap of faith going hard into the turns- the car will build trust! It holds the road- made for warmer roads- this car has way too much juice and no x drive for cold road driving
Great service, I would recommend this dealership too all my family and friends. The choice of different type of models and colors of cars is awesome. I went up there wanting one thing and could make my mind up. I didn't ask to many questions, cause I didn't want to be talked into something I didn't want. But with my observation I changed my mind. I had a pleasant experience with Grayson Mini Store yesterday. Our Salesman, Cameron Henson was one of the best I have ever dealt with. Very professional, knowledgeable of mini cars and very polite to us. Went the extra step to find information we wanted and was helpful in every way. We learned he had only been with Grayson two weeks. We say keep him....a real asset to your dealership. The world needs more young professionals like him! He also followed up with a call regarding a service call this morning as he said he would. A very nice young man!
I just purchased a CPO C400 from Vance Valente at Silver Star Motors. Despite traveling from out of town to NYC for a beautiful and rare sports sedan, his attention to detail made my deal as painless as possible. First, I received a Cars.com alert last Saturday morning, responded, and was called within 10 minutes from Vance's also excellent Internet sales colleague, Alex Puk. I was astonished to learn the car was the color combination I was looking for (black with gray leather), and had just over 12K miles. After a couple of calls and emails between Alex and me, we settled on a price, I made a deposit and received a signed buyers order no more than an hour after our initial contact. From that point, Vance took over, sending me pictures of the car as it arrived off lease and assuring me that it would be cleaned and detailed to perfection. Coming from the Metro DC area, I wasn't familiar with the process of getting from Amtrak to the NYC Subway, so Vance texted me detailed instructions on transiting from Penn Station to the R line (station conveniently located adjacent to the Silver Star showroom). As I was heading north on Amtrak, he emailed me photos of the now pristine detailed car, clearly excited at how nicely it turned out, and double-checked to make sure I knew how to make the Amtrak-Subway transfer. A couple of hours later when I arrived at the showroom, I learned that the photos hardly did my "new" C400 justice. It was perfect inside and out and indistinguishable from a brand new C-class (other than the telltale C400 logo that lets Mercedes-Benz aficionados know it's a 2015). Gary, the delivery consultant, was also a very bright, customer-focused young man, who showed me some of the hidden features of my car that allowed me to enjoy it as soon as I drove off the lot. The Silver Star showrooms (both new and pre-owned) were packed with high end Benzes (S Classes - including a Maybach, an AMG GT, and others), but despite my relatively modest purchase of a three-year old C Class, Vance, Alex, Gary, Frank Galante from Finance and the entire Silver Star team made me feel like I was their only customer. Thanks to Amtrak delays, I was unable to depart with my new car until 7 p.m. When I arrived home, I received an email from Vance hoping I had made the 275 mile drive safely, and another email from Alex indicating that he heard I had arrived and thanking me once again for my business. What more can I say: a great price on a perfect, low mileage C400 from sales and support people who treat the customer like royalty, know their product, and clearly enjoy their work. Coming from 275 miles away, I purchased from Silver Star purely by happenstance due to the Cars.com listing, but Mercedes lover that I am, if I lived in Metro NYC, I have no doubt that I'd be a repeat customer. Thanks once again for a great and rewarding purchase!
I had a major decision to make about my next car lease. Even though I loved my 535i, I wanted the convenience of an SUV. Mr. Elie Jamal, my BMW client advisor, listened patiently to my concerns and necessary "deal-braker" features. He then qualified me for the best SUV to meet my needs. After driving several vehicles, I have the perfect fit with the 2019 X3! I truly appreciate Mr. Jamal's patience, professional demeanor, and friendliness throughout my entire experience. The entire dealership team, from the General Manager to the financial and car experts, was wonderful.
I stopped by this dealership on my lunch break and I needed to get an oil change and inspection and I had a couple of questions about a few things that were showing up on my vehicle I was able to get in and get out within a timely manner everyone was so kind Arthur and the other service man handled everything they gave me additional information they followed up with quotes this was the perfect visit with it being so hard to find trustworthy people out there nowadays I am elated and will be a customer for as long as they'll have me best place to be!
I have been on the fence about buying a car for the last three years, and have not made the plunge mostly due to my current car being in great working order. I ran across a great deal on California Beemers website and started communicating with the sales department via text while I was at work. The dealership worked with me on the price and said if I came in that day, as it was the last day of the month, they would make it worth my while. Buying a car is a big decision, so I had my best friend and my parents meet me there after work and we all took a close look at the car and drove it around a bit. I have to say, it looks and feels almost flawless, and it's fully loaded with M Sport Suspension, navigation, back up camera, moon roof, upgraded sound system, ect..The buying process was easy and what I really like most about this dealership is the man who closed the deal. His name is Tim. I am a RN and have a great ability to see people for who they really are, Tim is a good man and to be honest, he is the reason I agreed to purchase this car. It helps the price was 5K below bluebook, but if I didn't get a great impression from Tim that evening, I promise you, I would have walked quicker than you can say lickiesplit. I would recommend this dealership to my friends & family. I actually plan on buying my next BMW from their dealership in a few years, when this model gets closer to the 50K mark.

My husband and I arrived at Circle BMW and immediately experienced a uniquely pleasant car purchase experience. Robert Cavalieri was our salesman and we were taken back by his easy-going and attentive approach. He allowed us to take the lead and listened carefully to what we needed rather than pushing us into a car that was more or less than what we were looking for. There was no hint of pushy sales tactics nor any pressure whatsoever to purchase any particular car at all. He just helped us pick the 2019 X3 that was perfect for us and for our family. I spoke with Ken for the first time today; I was inquiring in regards to a beautiful, white 2013 Porsche Turbo he had offered for sale. Ken, who is THE OWNER of the dealership, called me to talk to me about the car I inquired about, answer any questions I might have, and explain to me the process. We spent a total of 45 minutes chatting on the phone, Ken going into detail to make sure that I'm educated about the vehicle and process. When he found out I was a veteran; Ken expressed to me how grateful he is for our service members, and told me about how he helps active duty men and women, prior to deployment, sell their cars, and/or keeps it stored for them at his indoor facility, where it is properly maintained until the serviceman/woman return home safely. Unfortunately, I did not buy the car from Ken because my CFO, aka my wife, said NO!, even though this was the best and most competitively priced Panamera out on the market. This didn't stop Ken. Ken helped me examine the service/history records of a vehicle with the options I wanted at a different dealership; at a price point my wife and I could agree on, but mostly my wife. Ken, also, made sure I was buying a car that was a perfect fit for me and my family. This is how service should be; Ken did not have to do any of the things he did but he does everything out of the kindness of his heart. Ken has definitely set the bar high in my eyes and I definitely plan on going to him first for any future cars I buy. I lost my diesel truck in an accident and needed to replace it fast to keep my business moving. Diesels Direct had the selection of trucks above and beyond any other dealer I could find. Hands down. The easiest way for me to buy a car. I???d found this dealer thru USAA Car Buying Service and I???m so glad I did. Had a few calls back and forth with my salesperson Michele Conine, sent a few emails and the car I was actually looking for had been sold earlier that day which was disappointing to me but Michele search their inventory and found what I believed to be a better car. The things you really should know before reaching out to Michele and her team: 1) Know what car you???re interested in and exactly which features you???d want 2) Know what you're willing to pay for this. (And do some research beforehand to find out what others paid.) TrueCare.com works. Car buying is hard enough: 1) The car you want may "not be in stock" and you have to pick a different car (with a higher price.) ??? Have your financing pre-approved early so there???s no real haggling to be done. Michele and her team worked with me to secure the best financing options available. Better than my credit union of 13 years. 2) I didn???t experience any hidden fees everything was in black and white no fine print issues that I recall.. 5) Convenience. The only time I spent at the dealership was test driving to decide which car I wanted. I was out in roughly two hours it could have been less I cleared my day to be there. Salesperson: 1) Michele is like that energizer bunny that never quits she made me feel at home and comfortable right off the blocks. She explained Earth???s processes and business practices and how they???ll benefit me. Michele demonstrated courtesy, and professionalism throughout my car buying experience. She schooled me on a well know fact if you see something on their lot or on their website you???re seriously interested in get it then because it will be gone if you wait a day or two like I did. 2) Michele has made a friend and customer for life I would highly recommend my friends and family to make her and Earth Motorcars their first stop when they???re ready to shop and purchase.
I dropped my BMW off recently, just before I went on a short trip. Jeff Baker my service advisor, did the intake efficiently and fast, as I was on my way to the airport. While the repair took longer than expected (a part that was needed was delayed) it was well worth the wait! My BMW, which I had missed dearly while driving a Chevy rental, came back to me, shiny, detailed, cleaned and as good as new and the "driving machine" that makes navigating LA's worsening traffic almost bearable.

I bought my jeep from jonathan mills (Mr.NiceGuy) @ Tim short middlesboro and i was thouroughly impressed with this bunch. I found the jeep and just wanted to drive it, to see if i liked it and was asked, "what if i could make you the deal of a lifetime" so i endulged them and they did have an awesome deal but i said No not today, maybe this week sometime. Then the Manager Chris Agee (The PriceSlasher) came out. Boy did he live up to his name! They made me feel like that it was a big deal to get my business. So i let them have it because they earned it. Thank you fellas, i really appreciate it and I LOVE my JEEP. ask for Mr. Nice Guy or the Priceslasher and you will NOT be disappointed.

This car met all of my needs. It has plenty of legroom in the front and back, the ride is great compared to other cars I've owned. It has an amazing sound system, and looks that age well.
Service team went above and beyond to make a frustrating experience tolerable. Thanks to Tyler and Amanda and their team for their efforts, I appreciated it.

Not enough pick up for me but perfect for my wife. She drove the CTS-V and the back wheels spin too much. M6 is perfect for her and she loves it. My CLS AMG 63 (s) is a better drive for me.
