Used BMW M850 for Sale in Houston, TX

I must say.... not only did my car ( 2013 BMW 535i Gran Turismo xdrive) get the proper service, I was personally over impressed by the hands on courtesy I received from the team at Momentum BMW Mini. When I brought my car to their service department I was greeted at my vehicle by a representative who kindly directed me to the service area. My service representative was named RICK RAWLANDS whom I had spoken to over the phone but wasn't in his office when I arrived but to my amazement he had left instructions with the front desk clerk that I would be coming and they took great care of me. Though they did have a shuttle to take me back to my destination the service and parts manager SHAWN offered to personally take me. In that short period of time with him I came to the conclusion that he was an honest and stand up person.... he even gave me a BMW Tee shirt and assured me that he would make sure that all of my needs would be met. The following day was a Saturday and I returned to the service department where I met EMILY who was very curtious, hands on and attentive to my needs. EMILY made sure that I was set up in a 2017 430i loaner. Monday morning I stopped in to meet up with Rick who had been off for the weekend to see if I could get the car to duplicate my issue. After my arrival he immediately called over his shop Forman named BRYAN who went out for a drive with me and we were able to get the car to duplicate the problem which turned out to be the lower fuel pump. Wednesday they were all done and my car runs superbly. Needless to say I give this service team a 10 out of 10 and would be confidant to bring my car here again over anywhere else in this city. Hands down they are the best I've ever dealt with. Great job Momentum!!!!!

I was very impressed from the moment my car was picked up until the repairs were done. I didn't have to wait long and everyone was nice and professional. This level of service is hard to see nowadays, I was skeptical about bringing my car here because it would be expensive, but I have to say that it was all worth it. I feel confident that the repairs were done right and that my advisor is great at returning phone calls.
