Harold Shelby was my sales person. He was great through out the entire sales process. He clearly talked through the car feature and get me informed throughout the financing steps. Anyone in the market for a car, I highly recommend working with Harold.

We found the entire sales and front office staff very helpful and cordial in our interactions. We were left to make key decisions, and could then come back and negotiate. Not only that, but we lost one car due to our own processing, but gained a better one in the end. The 2025 X1 has been a pleasure to drive, and the dealer's agents have kept in touch even after buying the car. The management team made it possible for us to reach a price point we could afford and felt comfortable with when purchasing.

Service department is excellent: service advisors communicate well. I recommend buying elsewhere, though, based on my experience with this dealership post purchase, but using this service department.

They did everything I asked and didn?t over pressure me into anything that I didn?t!! I?m always pleased when I go there,

The service tech was great. My concern is that the message did a recall is still visible when I start my vehicle. I called and talked to my tech and she said that when they do the paperwork it will go away. It has not gone away. It is annoying

Service was prompt, they kept me posted on progress and I had the convenience of a loaner car. Happy with my experience

David Strauch, my service advisor, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. David provided updates on the status of my service and I viewed a video of the condition of my vehicle by service department. My vehicle was returned to me in good order and my vehicle received a courtesy washing. I would definitely use this dealership for future service.
