What a positive experience from beginning to end. I never did business with ActonToyota previously. I was in the market for a used vehicle and Ron a very talented and knowledgeable sales person reached out to me and helped me identify exactly what vehicle I needed and gave me great suggestions and options. Normally the finance people are very formal and can Sometimes make the consumer, uncomfortable and anxious. It was the complete opposite with these guys. One last shout out to Jimmy and his talented team over at Acton Toyota! Jimmy came up to me and introduced himself and was as down-to-earth and friendly as one could imagine. I really felt like I knew the guy for years. I saw a car online I thought I might like and Mohammed reached out to me. Great purchasing experience on a new M5 at BMW Fort Myers today. Just stopped in for cars and coffee and saw the perfect color combo. Hard to get me out of my standard Isle of Mann green standard tranny M3 but this is a fantastic car.
