The best car buying experience I’ve had in my over 20 years buying vehicles. They were doing a complete remodel of the building and working out of trailers but still provided a top notch experience. My salesperson was Ceandria and she was the best car salesperson I’ve ever had, she played the biggest role in my overall experience at Passport BMW. From the first email I sent until the second I drove off the lot she was friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. Something you don’t see all the time in that profession. I had a few bad experiences at other DMV BMW’s dealerships (looking at you, Rockville) but here at Passport every step was great. Ceandria provided me with answers to any questions I had about BMW’s very quickly, confidently and with great knowledge whether via email, at the dealership or on the test drives. Even when I returned home the next day she reached out to see if I had any questions or concerns about the vehicle I purchased. The great experience didn’t stop at Ceandria. Once I went to finance to sign papers Hannah greeted me with a smile and made me feel at home just as Ceandria did earlier. Hannah was able to provide me with information about different payment options, rates and any available add-ons with great knowledge and understanding. She was very easy to talk to and easily described all of my options in purchasing my new car. Wonderful customer service! Harold Shelby was so helpful to me to resolve some issues I was having. He truly went the extra mile. Amit Thanki helped me with the computer systems and seems to be all knowing in explaining the sometimes complicated on board system and making sure everything is properly set up. I drove a bit of a distance to see Harold and Amit and would gladly do it again to receive the quality customer service I was given. Bravo!

Good service advisors. Good techs. Video describing condition of vehicle enhances customer experience. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Somewhat expensive, but in general a wortwhile expense.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Passport BMW. From the moment I was welcomed to the presentation of the car, I was treated like a VIP, and the high level of professionalism of the staff captivated me in an enchanting setting.

This was my first time and I was pleased with the service and overall customer service. A new showroom and I assume customer lounge is under construction. In the meantime, perhaps they can provide some surge protectors and/or a charging station for customers waiting in the temporary space. Thankfully, the chairs were comfy and I was done fairly quickly.

I have bought my third car from Jae. He is kind and always welcome me warmly whenever I come in. Im very grateful. He always treats me so well that I feel completely comfortable coming to look at cars everytime. Thank you.

Quick in and out for an oil change and spark plug replacement. Expexted to wait 2-3 hours but was iut in 1.5 hours. Great customer service, clean facility.
