New and used 2025 BMW X1 for sale near Rowlett, TX

I recently purchased a 2022 BMW X3 m40 from BMW of Waterbury. It was a very smooth process and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I worked with the Dennis Smith and can’t say enough about his professional manner.It was pleasure doing business with both him and Courtney Gale the finance manager.

I brought my BMW in for an oil change. It?s been a year since the last change which is what they recommend. I put less than 5K miles on it in a year. Everything went well with my service writer and the repairs. My only complaint is I had an appointment and it took slightly over 2.5 hours! I knocked the facility because they have the service department in a temporary area. The customer lounge seats are low, well worn and uncomfortable.

I bought a low mileage CPO BMW 328D x drive in 2017. It had 28,000 miles on it and now it has 170,000. It?s needed one repair. I?m thrilled beyond words with the car, very thrilled with the buying process. I just wish their repairs were not so expensive. I guess for most people they?re spending $60-$120,000 on a BMW. They?re not gonna flinch at $220 an hour. But I do. If it wasn?t for that, I take it there for servicing all the time. As it is, I take it there for oil changes, recalls, etc. If you don?t mind the cost, they?re first rate

Alex Harmsen is my Service advisor and she always does an excellent job in addressing any issues that need to be addressed on my vehicles. Recently had to replace a wheel, not a normal maintenance issue, and Alex and the team quickly ordered a replacement and had me back in my vehicle in no time. I thought I should have gotten a better price on the car but who doesn’t? Kahled was my salesman and I couldn’t have had a better person. He is a very caring person and does his best to make everything in the deal go right, for the business and the customer.
