I don?t know where to start. From Rick (Sales Mgr.) to Mark (Sales Agent), Craig (Sales Agent), Matt (Mgr.), Burt & Osmond (Finance), and Ronaldo (Service) plus the entire service team. Nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 330e and luck would have it that things didn?t work as planned when I bought the car. BMW Murrieta Team simply took the car back and exchanged for another vehicle. Rick is an amazing human being along with Ronaldo, Mark, Craig, Matt, and the entire BMW Murrieta staff. I have never met such caring people in the car industry as the BMW Murrieta Team. Words cannot explain how much gratitude, respect, and appreciation I have for those folks. I have been working with a sales specialist/BMW Genius James K for an i4 (stunning Dravit Gray w/red interior) at Habberstad Bay Shore BMW. James is incredibly knowledgeable, very customer service oriented and always responds to any inquires, truly personal treatment. I had a question on pricing that he escalated to the Manager Larry and they accommodated best market pricing even in this difficult market. Habberstad BMW is farther from me than a local BMW dealer but I will use them because of their customer loyalty. James went to bat for me on pricing and this reinforced that the relationship is more important than just a few dollars. A+ to James K. in sales and Larry in management for their customer care. I would highly recommend James if you need a car.

My purchase was remote and she acted as my eyes and ears, providing a trustworthy assessment of the vehicle I selected as if it were her own. She answered questions, made a video and was readily available to answer questions leading up to and through the purchasing process. The shipping process was seamless with a fast turnaround time. Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.
