Principle BMW in San Antonio has gained a gold star in just the few months since I purchased my X7. John, my Service Advisor, is excellent and always available. Recently because of unusual circumstances he arranged to pick up my car for regular service even though we live 100 + miles from the dealership and return it to me since my husband had eye surgery and I was unable to leave him. The facility was super busy yet still took me in the same day I called. I had issues with my i3 and was hoping they could find the source of the problem. I was takes care of by Lauren Montez who was just amazing. She walked me through every process of getting my vehicle taken care of. She quickly got me into a loner car and I was in and out super fast. Lauren kept in contact with me while my car was inspected and quickly let me know if the service I would be needing. I am so glad I took my i3 there because it is an electric car and I know the service would be professionally handled. The price of service and parts was better than I thought it would be. Please don?t hesitate to visit Principal if your car needs service. I am so glad I went there. The facility was super clean and efficient. I will certainly be going back when I need service again. Lauren made the whole process easy and I will certainly be asking for her assistance again.
