My service advisor, Tim, was straight-forward and on top of communications throughout the repair. Transportation was provided. The work involved removing the driver seat to replace the seat cover. The tech was informative, providing video. Very pleased with the service and warranty process. Best of all, I now feel like a friend.

I was going on a weekend trip and discovered Thursday afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. and asked if he could help me. He had me work with service advisor Pawel Czyz and we got the car in right away, technician Jason King stayed late to do the work. The car was ready by 10:00 a.m on Friday morning and I was able to enjoy my trip. BMW of Stratham went the extra mile and I'm most grateful!

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Fahad and his manager Jim, answered all of my questions and showed me everything that I wanted to see.
