In search of a low mileage, newer vehicle to replace our 8 year old pickup with a well-equipped replacement, we found an ultra-low mileage, full-featured high-efficiency pickup at Imperial. We then completed the purchase and sale with Ohmar, who took the time to review the extended warrantee on our trade and provided as much of an extended warrantee on our purchase that was in our budget. The vehicle was then professionally cleaned inside-out and filled with fuel. This proved to be the easiest, most valued vehicle purchase experience we've ever experienced! We look forward to returning to Imperial Chevrolet to have the vehicle serviced, as they have provided exceptional service to all of our vehicles, including one we didn't originally purchase there. We've also been impressed with the competitive service rates and timely discounts Imperial Chevrolet has provided when service is due on any one of our vehicles. When it comes time to replace a vehicle, Imperial is the first and likely last stop we'll make!

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

This is an update from my February 1, 2019 review. I have now owned the vehicle for nearly seven years. I’ve personally driven nearly 20,000 miles in it. The vehicle now has nearly 50,000 miles on the odometer. I purchased it certified pre-owned from a BMW dealership. I have maintained the vehicle to manufacturer specifications. I have only paid for routine maintenance. I have paid for zero repairs. My previous review is confirmed. Full disclosure, two repairs were covered under warranty by the BMW dealership when I purchased the vehicle and one other repair was performed by a different BMW dealership due to their mistake during a routine service.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.

I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Douglas RJ Daugherty for the exceptional service he provided during a very stressful time for my family. In the days leading up to my son Josh Jr.?s return to Bucknell University on Sunday, August 24, we discovered that our 2021 BMW X3 was experiencing a coolant leak and issues with the heating module. We were aware the repair would be necessary at some point, but we believed we had more time to address it. Unfortunately, the leak began to worsen quickly?forcing us into a time-sensitive and difficult situation. With my son needing a reliable vehicle to get back to school, and the weekend quickly approaching, we were facing the possibility of either getting the work done immediately or trading in the vehicle entirely. I explained the urgency of the situation to RJ, and that?s when he truly went above and beyond. RJ moved mountains to make the repair happen. He arranged for a technician to work on the vehicle on Saturday, August 23?something that required going out of his way to coordinate and make special accommodations. He didn?t have to work that hard to help us, but he did, and it made all the difference. Not only did RJ get the repairs scheduled and completed, but he also explored financing options to ease the financial burden and even took the initiative to investigate our third-party warranty in hopes of helping us recover some of the repair costs. Throughout the entire process, RJ was professional, compassionate, and incredibly committed to helping us. My wife and I were extremely worried, but RJ?s persistence, communication, and reassurance helped ease our minds and gave us confidence that everything would be taken care of?and it was. I am truly grateful for RJ?s efforts and felt compelled to reach out to his leadership. He is an outstanding representative of the BMW brand and a rare example of someone who genuinely cares about his customers. We?ll never forget how he helped us through a very stressful time. Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.
