I purchased a 2019 BMW 440i Gran Coupe from this dealership on 3/11. My vehicle journey started online with me eventually coming across this dealership. Every part of the process was completed via email/telephone, with the exception of signing paperwork at one of their sibling locations closer to where I live. Sidney, Thomas, and Adam made this process stress free for me. I was able to have the vehicle delivered directly to me, with them picking up my trade-in as well. The attention to detail by the service area is a special mention as well. I?m grateful for the time they put into getting my car prepared for delivery.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

Reliable and high performance BMW x1 with excellent value for the money. It’s exactly the same as an x3, but smaller cargo space. Easily fits 2 rear passengers.

Ron took great care of me and completed a deal including trade mostly by email. He even had my new RAM 1500 Laramie delivered to my house. He went above and beyond to answer my many questions and concerns throughout the process. I took delivery yesterday and he has already followed up two times to make sure I’m happy, very nice not to have the typical take your money and run sales guy. Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.
