Kim is great and does her best to make things happen. But there are others that make buying a car a bad experience and ray ? Is one I will never get a car from someone with that kind of attitude. But the car dealership is great and the cars are really nice. I was hoping on getting a challenger from them but I couldn't deal with certain people so I am looking elsewhere. 2020 X1 w/sport seats and convenience package, purchased in 2023. Positive notes: It's a true BMW: sure-footed, agile, and no shortage of power when needed. It feels remarkably glued to the road despite its small size. Handles as well as my former 3 series and is just as fun to drive. Storage space is good. Ergonomics are good once you figure out all the technology. Negatives: Ride is a bit bumpy, even for a sporty car, which is apparently caused by the run-flat tires. If I was buying new, I'd get standard tires and a real spare, which fits in the storage space in the back. Sensatec seats are hot. In retrospect, I'd hold out for leather. Overall, I recommend this car if you're looking for something small, practical, full-featured and sporty.

The 2024 BMW X1 is nimble and responsive. It has an excellent memory for self-driving the car to back out of tight parking spots along the path the driver used to get into it. The car feels spacious inside and is easy to get into. My observed hwy mileage is 36mpg @ 75mph and 22mpg in suburban driving. It’s defects are: 1) the driver must learn how to start from a stop to avoid a sluggish pick-up or a sudden forward jerk; 2) the owner’s manual does not include directions for setting up the electronics, so the owner must resort to a complex cryptic in-car system that is difficult to sort through; 3) the built-in navigation system's is hard to use; the owner will resort to Waze or Car Play; 4) the car is bumpy on rough surfaces, and vibrates like a massage unit on washboard.

I had an awesome experience dealing with Mercedes Benz of Tysons Corner. This was the best car purchase experience I have had. The sales person Trivian Anand is such a great customer advocate. The manager, Pascuale, bent over backwards to accomodate me. The finance manager (Sue Kim) was very transparent. Overall it was pure joy to deal with these guys contrary to most other car buying experiences

Highs: 1. It feels and drives like a BMW: sure-footed, agile, responsive and tight. 2. Materials, fit/finish, and aesthetics are good. 3. Tech is great, I particularly like the heads-up display. 4. All this in a small, practical package with decent storage space in the back. Lows: 1. Run-flat tires are firm and make the ride rough. I replaced mine with standard tires which meant purchasing an aftermarket spare. 2. Standard front seats are too short for anyone over 6'. I purchased one with the sport seats. 3. Ingress/egress is a little tight. 4. Worst glove box ever made; small and designed so that things fall out when opened. Overall, this is a great car IF you're looking for the driving experience of a BMW in a small, efficient package. If you're looking for the cushy ride of a Buick, this may not be for you.

Process was uncomplicated. Sales person, Thomas, was extremely professional. Finance Manager Jaafar was not pushy and extremely professional. Kamran gave me a rundown of the operating procedures. All theee people are exemplary employees in my opinion.

Drives smooth. Great with the electronics. The car is very high tech and up to date. I would definitely recommend this car !! Very spacious and has alot of leg room!

Good for the most part. Sometimes slow to respond resulting in the car I was interested in being sold while I was waiting for information.

Great for a small/short person. Not comfortable for tall people. Love all the premium features. All leather interior, navigation, heated seats and steering wheel, memory seating. Electric adjustable passenger seat. Not a great sound system though.

Straightforward guys. What you see is what you get. You have all the time in the world to check and decide. There is a zillion cars good and bad. They sell used cars at affordable prices. Issued my tags while treating me to a coffee. An extra guarantee is provided for a fee. Bought a car, and a friend that I recommended got one too.

Car is very comfortable and easy to Manipulate! Very quite and smooth ride, always easy to have maintenance taken care of the problem. The x1 is a great family car !

Had a great experience recently buying a 2018 Honda Odyssey from Auto Trademark. Babar was great to work with. They did not negotiate at all on price but did start me out with a great price so I wasn’t too concerned. Very honest and trustworthy place. They even fixed something wrong with the car (minor issue) that THEIR salesman found after I had signed the paperwork and did so free of charge. Upfront about the fees and final price, and allow offsite pre-purchase inspections unlike other dealers in the area who only allow that on their lot. Very easy and enjoyable process from start to finish, even having to bring my very young children to the dealer with me. Recommend this dealer and Babar in particular.

So reliable and fun to drive, even in snow. I’m tall and seats are comfy, even in rear. Very versatile with good cargo space. Love the kick-to-open rear door. Mileage is around 28 mpg, it requires premium fuel. It drives a little sluggish when not in Sport mode.

Just picked-up the X1 on Mar 28th and had a great ride home from the dealership. Handles very well on the road with ample torque when needed. Hate the start/stop mechanics and the fact that you must deactivate each time. Hate the ConnectDrive thing—beware this is a sinister ploy to get more of your dollars and convert once standard car features into subscription services. It is evil. Love the interior. This is my third BMW, so I think this X1 interior is quite good for the money and I am astounded by the standard features list—Wow! And there’s a spare tire with tools in the trunk, WHAT!? I use a touch screen all day, so the tech is no stretch, as long as it works. We shall see, the OS is new. Dual clutch….hmmm, it has its advantages, but smooth take off ain’t one of ‘em. The seats are superb and the cabin very clean. Love the cargo space. This is a good vehicle for a certain group of buyers who want cargo and fun. This is a smart ICE choice, and I hope there will eventually be a U.S. bound iX1.

Im glad BMW came out with x1, sometimes customers want to drive a nice looking car and settle for models that end up having major issues and the 100k “warranty” promised it’s just a selling features that never works Becuase every time you take your car “nothing it’s wrong” The BMW has been a great addition to the family; drives great and feels very solid. I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

The BMW X1 is easy to handle, powerful, has great acceleration, has a very quiet engine and it offers excellent fuel mileage with mid-grade to high octane fuel. My only criticism is that the X1's ride is harsher than most SUV's. For example, the Subaru Crosstrek, which is essentially similar, has a much smoother ride than the BMW X1. But that's because the X1 has thicker tread, run flat tires instead of a spare tire that the Subaru has. The X1 has superb handling on the highway, but it's equally at home in a city/municipal environment. The interior is easy to understand, and it provides much room to carry groceries and other cargo and the all-around view of the driver is unobstructed. The fully adjustable seating, with memory for two (2) driver is a godsend.

The X1 sounds like a diesel motor when you start it, they could've def made it more comfortable, the brakes are really mushy, can only use super unleaded. The plusses are it's a BMW girls think I'm rich, Lighting on the interior at night is wild, performance is amazing, buying used saves tons of money. It's a thin line to buy this car, I feel like I got lucky with the price I paid and I'll be in a good position by the time it's paid off, but pricing has to be right on this car and it has to be in good shape mechanically. Buy from a reputable dealer because I wouldn't want to imagine how much it would cost to maintain/repair a poorly maintained one of these.

I've had three 2015 X1's. Drove the wheels off one, one got stolen and on my third. Love this car! So economical and the gps is off satellite, not cell tower. Get maps ANYWHERE, for life. I only have 72k on it and will be my last vehicle.
