I had an emergency on the weekend that required my 750i
I had an emergency on the weekend that required my 750i be towed to the nearest dealership. Fortunate for me, Beverly Hills BMW was the closest dealership. My initial contact was a salesman who instructed the AAA driver where to take my vehicle. The dealership had a system in place to accommodate such weekend emergencies and was able to provide a safe place to leave my keys. My car was thoroughly inspected and diagnosed Monday morning; I picked it up Wednesday in pristine condition! My service provider, Francisco, provided me with exemplary service & kudos to the mechanics! When I purchase my next BMW (#7), I?ll be back!!!

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.
