He took the time to answer all my questions and listen to my hesitations about buying a car. His genuine approach and willingness to address my concerns made a significant difference in my experience. Great car. I was always a Toyota man, but wife liked the styling of the X2. I am happy I bought it. Superb handling, excellent gas mileage (25-27) overall. I am very happy with the X2.

A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.

This is my 6th BMW, love the feel and handling. Would not drive anything else! It is fantastic! Love it! Every day, can’t wait to drive it!

I bought a 2004 Pilot a month ago here. My salesman, Tim, knew exactly which loan to submit me for because I had no job and bad credit but a big down payment. He had me financed with no problem in minutes. A few days before I went to Carmax Burbank for a different car but with the same down payment and the saleswoman there did not do the same thing. The car was purchased in 2 hours and I was driving home. I bought the warranty tey offer which is a great bumper to bumper extended through their company. They have a 5 day return policy. I opted to return my car on day 4 to pay for the warranty in cash so as not to finance it at the very high interest rate I bought the car at. The return was also easy and everything was done in less than an hour. A month later now, I have found a few things wrong with this 2004 that seemed to have slipped past their extensive reconditioning program. I took it in with odd complaints a dealer would normally say they couldn't duplicate. They addressed them all and even gave me a loaner SUV for my babies to fit in while I waited the few days for the parts to arrive. GREAT STORE! Great customer service! And there's a play room for the kids! *Avoid the coffee!! It is terrible!!!

Originally had no intention of purchasing a BMW, however, I saw it at COSTCO, looked at the price and it was comparable to another make of vehicle on the same line as the BMW X2, but for a lower price. Knowing the BMW reputation, I decided to go look.

Really had a good experience with my salesperson. Polite, efficient, not too pushy, and respectful of what my needs were. Dramatically different than other places I’ve gone around LA; in a good way.

If you want an SUV that is not bulky and still have the feel of driving a sedan, this is the vehicle for you. It is very comfortable on road trips, better than the X1 or X3 when it comes to how comfortable the seat is for the driver. I test drove other X models and the seats were not as comfortable and they felt bulky and more like a truck than a car on the road. This is definitely a crossover with all of the luxuries of a sedan in an suv.

I visited the Beverly Hills BMW Customer Service Center for the first time yesterday. I had made a reservation, but on the way there I got into an accident and arrived about 40 minutes late. Since I was too late for my appointment, they processed me as a walk-in instead. Although I had to wait a little, overall the service was very friendly and pleasant. Iqbal Gill was my representative. He is prompt and effective.

The BMW X2 is a joy. It is priced right and totally meets my needs . The German engineering and technical touches are a marvel. It is sporty and fun to dive, yet fuel efficient. Truly, a smart car in design and maneuverability.

We had a great experience with Pacific BMW. The car we purchased was beautiful and we got a great deal for it. The only negative part of the purchase was the actual buying process. It took a little longer than we expected and maybe it could have been a bit more streamlined. But in the end, the car was worth the wait.

Loving this new upgrade which is fully loaded with all the gadgets. I have special needs as I have a mobility disability and it really suits my needs very well.

Very happy... will buy from there again when it's time to purchase another car

had a wonderful x3, looked for something sleeker...can't go wrong with a BMW, fun, classy, nice all around. Really like this car. BMW is so solid.

I bought a used car that was highly sought after, based on it having only 2k miles per year and it's price point. I worked with Ed, who went out of his way not only to reassure me that I had secured my spot as the buyer, but also provide me with photos and updates as the car went through the reconditioning and detailing process. Ed was extraordinarily responsive, answering my (many) texts within minutes! Ed demonstrated exceptional professionalism, caring and compassion. I would buy another car from him in a heartbeat.

Excellent quality of fit and finish everywhere. Excellent handling for a crossover. M seats and adjustments are outstanding. Driving this X2 feels like a much smaller vehicle than it is -- which is a compliment to BMW excellence.

Initially when I responded to the dealership on three separate occasions (driving 60 miles for each trip), I walked away with dissatisfaction each time. However, My Client Advisor Mr. Frank M. subsequently came through as promised. He promised to hit a home run and did so after I informed him that he needed to work harder to assist me as a prospective buyer on a strict budget. Fortunately, to make a long story short, Mr. Frank fought for me and the GM accepted my offer and a deal was made. WOW, I wish this could have been done on the first day rather than the fourth day when I showed up to the dealership. This is why I gave a four star rating. In short, thank you Mr. Frankie for your support!

I used to drive a BMW 328ix and wanted to upgrade to a bigger car, but not too big. The X2 was a nice in between model and it still gives the couple look, but it is an SUV. The car doesn't drive as smooth as my couple, but I suspect that I will get used to it. I am not a huge fan of the seats, but I like that there are several options to adjust for comfort. I do wish that the side view mirrors had the sensors to detect cars driving next to you and I wish that the panoramic sunroof opened all the way. Other than those minor things, very nice car.

I went to one of there other locations and after 7 hours they couldn't get it done, Frank was cold calling next day and 2 hours after we spoke on the phone I was signing paper work for a car 8600 more and was approved no issues

My x drive diesel gives me 14.5 - 15km per liter which is exceptional and handles like a sports car. Run flats are hard but not an issue. There seems to be a issue with the engine mountings as both x2 cars I had and have, have had to have them replaced with the new design engine mountings. No major issues.

I went to Crevier to find my next sporty and beautiful convertible last weekend. Since I had always gone there over the years and had a great experience, why change! The people always greet you when you walk in and my sales person MARLENE TAPIE is exceptional. When I go, I track her down. She really listens to her customers needs and does not waste their time, in fact she puts in all of her time to assist her customers in whatever way she can. She is extremely kind and helpful. She has always made each one of my leases and purchases a great experience. THANK YOU Marlene for totally being there for me and I love my new M850i … just need to learn the bells and whistles. I just had a service performed at Crevier BMW with John Thatcher. Been going there for 13+ years and worked with John almost exclusively. Of all the service advisors I have had the pleasure working with at multiple dealers and different brands, John is the best, friendliest and most knowledgeable person.

Highly recommend Sami!!!! came here to look at a car but left with a different car that I’ve been wanting. So I’ve been here a few times before just to look since I live closer to BMW Monrovia, this time I left with a freakin new M3! Because of Sami, I will only be coming to New Century. He gave me advice like a friend and not just trying to sell. I don’t think I would’ve gotten a car I wanted without Sami’s help, I had a budget and he really went the extra mile just to make it happen for me. The transaction went so smoothly, that I would do it over and over again. I was surprised how great the vibes were here. Everyone is friendly. The GM Mr. Pan was a very nice man as well. I wanted a small suv which can be used as a daily commute and had good handling and performance when needed. It has been a good ride so far. Very functional and easy to use commands.

This car is way more than I expected. It has all the bells and whistles. I love the color; interior and exterior. It is extremely FAST, chic and stylish!

This vehicle looks & feels cutting edge. The metallic orange looks unique and really stands out! Easy to drive, grabs the road with firmness, excellent for mountain driving, so much comfort that you hate to stop!

I traded in my car for a better one at lower payments. I'm very happy with how they treated me, didn’t push me, didn’t try to fool me. I looked at 4 different vehicles and ended up with a Toyota Tacoma, car’s history was very transparent and the price for its condition was superb. Overall - very positive experience.
