Outstanding Service Delivered...Again!

Fairfax BMW has serviced my BMW routinely since purchased. I had some needed repair work done due to a leak in October. I contacted Frankie Johnson my service technician. You may be thinking, why is he writing his review in December versus in October, after the completed work? Well, the simple answer is I wanted to access the service and repair work over a period of time (60 plus days). Frankie worked with my mechanic Josh and they got to the bottom of the issue. The repair was still under warranty, the work completed quickly and as usual, I rode a nice BMW loaner for a few days. When I paid the deductible versus what the actual cost involved, I was ecstatic! What a savings! But, did the work meet or exceed my cars prior performance? Well? It did! Not only did it drive and perform better, it actually exceeded the performance and had that like new BMW "Power, Pull, and Pop!" (P3 squared, is the term I live by). Let me be clear, most people, myself include, drive BMW's or like vehicles for Luxury and Performance, so it is an implied thing that your car gives you this on demand. Well, My car performed after the service beyond expectation and still drives to date, like new.(P3 squared). What am I saying? BMW Fairfax, Frankie Johnson, and the service team took care of my car and I truly appreciate the services rendered with a smile. Thank you for being at the top of your game and doing your best to exceed my expectation! I have recommended BMW, Fairfax to friends based on the quality of service, honestly, fair price, and a long-term service relationship. "You Rock!"
