I was in contact with Robert Chae one day prior to purchasing a car from another BMW dealership in Connecticut and I am so glad that my call was forwarded it to him. Because I purchased out of state (first time doing so), it was honestly such a headache but he truly helped so much and I was able to get my amazing car at a great deal. He not only went above and beyond to assist (worked all day on his day off so I could get my car the next day) but he was also honest which I very much appreciated considering I've had less luck with other car sales men. The dealership itself is massive and they have a great selection and in my opinion the prices can't be beat.
