Very happy with my purchase at Auto Expo. My salesman was Max and he was great. I purchased a 2017 Mercedes-benz GLE. I was nervous about buying a car from a used car dealer so I asked if I could bring it to my mechanic to make sure everything was ok. They told me it was a very good car and everything was good on it which set my mind at ease. After going to the dealership after the mechanic Max helped me with everything. I would definitely recommend this dealer. I almost purchased one from another dealer but when I took that one to the mechanic it had a lot of issues. Max made the whole process painless. I'm very happy with my purchase and would for sure come back here when I buy my next car.

Today I picked up my new 2022 330i xdrive with the M-Sport package.....nice! I was fortunate to have Nectarios Aristidou...aka..Nick, who is without a doubt, a great car salesman. He helped me order my new car directly from the BMW manufacturer in Germay....without any preasure. The dealership bought my 2019 530i xdrive and applied the equity towards my new lease. Overall, I would recomend going to BMW of Freeport for a new or pre-owned BMW....and don't forget to ask fo Nick.....

Was car shopping early one morning with my son looking for his dream car. Found our way to their dealership and “Adela” welcomed us in and “Jimmy” immediately got the keys and showed us the car. Service by advisor Jaime Gonzalez and team for 2023 X1 scheduled 20K work was attentive, timely and complete. Tires replacement was recommended with even 4mm wear (with 2 mm bald tire warning for follow up) and this appears to be driven by the dealership legal team, who previously and separately at their sibling dealership refused to mount my new owner-provided Tire Rack tires on my 2019 Mini Cooper, which I found to be aggravating and dissatisfying. Hoping to get 30-40K out of my current BMW OEM tires (for which Jaime provided a replacement quote) and to continued excellent service by BMW of Darien.

Stopped by to check out a vehicle. Matthew helped orchestrate me coming in and Carlos and a general manager I believe Angelo, spoke with me about making a deal. Although we were not able to make a deal they were down to earth, professional, and I think are overall good people. Although we couldn’t make a deal, they don’t push their preferred price on you and do afford you the opportunity to negotiate. I respect them as a business and as people too. The dealership is quick in response, the vehicle was clean, aside from some minor damage that they offered to repair via their gold star program at additional cost, and they have a great collection from basic every day cars to porches, AMGs, and a lot more. Very clean building as well. Check them out!

I can say from calling the dealer and coming through the front door great customer service. My Sales Rep was Brandon and he got me in and out we had a great talk not just about the car other things great conversation. He makes you very comfortable and he let you pick the car you want not something that you don’t. Offer water while I was waiting. I’m going give him 5 stars. Then he sent me to Aaron to finish up the paper work so I can drive off both are great young men they will get you in the car you want and get you on the road driving in your new car you need more honesty trustworthy sales Team like them.
