There were no “dealer fees” or “reconditioning fees” like big dealerships love to tack on. The price was the best price on this make, model, and trim within a 100 mile radius.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

My most recent visit for my 5 series was more maintenance than repairs, but it was handled efficiently, professionally with an extra eye to go through my car (103,000 miles) to keep me going safely and comfortably until I am ready for the next one

Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

When I arrived to the dealer, I was greeted with a smile. Then the service rep came out, asked me for my keys and asked me to go to the waiting area. I came in at just before 10:30 AM and was out of there by 11:15 AM. Great service.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Purchased a 2013 Escalade here. After driving it on expressway I knew something was wrong w struts. Called them and they told me to bring it in. They replaced all 4 struts for me, which they didn’t have to do. I don’t know any other dealership that would do that on a used car with no warranty. Very good people, very honest. No back and forth hassle. This is the only place I will purchase from in the future.
