i recently bought a car from her but my tires were flat and i came to get help. hours spent at the dealership can be awful but out of all the hours i’ve spend there this past month getting my new car this was my best experience yet. Josh Ballard helped me out with getting new tires he was timely on everything and made sure to get the best answers before contacting me. he was so attentive in every detail. this is my first time dealing w a car alone since i’m in az for college. he was unable to get the car delivered to my school and he knew i need to ask for a ride to get to the dealer before i could even respond he had already sent me a lyft pass so i can ride to the dealer! he made sure i didn’t make any unnecessary expenses and he made sure i had my car back to me asap!

Update 08/09/25: Jakob assisted me again with a new vehicle purchase. Again, this was a very easy transaction thanks to Jakob's professionalism and his willingness to work with me. I explained what I needed and Jakob showed me several options. Once I decided on a vehicle, Jakob worked with Damion Boomer and Nick Cauldwell to work on the numbers. It wasn't too long before I had accepted their offer. There was no haggling, just a straightforward offer of what Honda of Concord could do for me. The entire sales process was painless and without pressure. I commend Jakob on his professionalism, his knowledge of the Honda product line and his friendly customer interaction. User - Friendly experience overall. Staff Was good to work with and despite being very busy we were able to get the deal done relatively quickly. Really appreciated their flexibility in letting me keep my old plates (I had just paid the tabs). I have no hesitation with working with this dealership again in the future.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.
