Used 2023 BMW X3 SUVs for sale near Orangetown, NY

i had an issue with a bad transfer case on a 2013 328i. I had complained of a noise in that car for a year or so but it was never formally documented in service log. Finally it was found that it was the transfer case.. 4K part. my extended warranty was over. I was very upset. however, i want to thank Tim Stone, Service manager and John the deal GM for going out of their way to look at this matter and at the end fix it with no charge. I really appreciated their efforts! They were sensitive to a customers predicament and did the right thing. Thank you! However, my experience with BMW North America Customer Service was horrible. Those folks know absolutely nothing about cars. Why do they work at BMW? Not a good front for BMW to have folks that do not know literally nothing about BMW or mechanics answering phones and talking to clients. She also told me that i could not speak to anyone above her as her manager was HR and did not know cars. Hmmm, i hope someone at BMW headquarters is reading this.

I purchased a new vehicle. My BMW rep was Luis Reyes. I have been buying new cars for many years. Working with Luis was the best overall experience I can recall. Always available, knowledgeable and courteous. I have had post sales interactions with him and the same high level of attention and courtesy was extended to me. Thank you Luis!

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.

I brought a 2019 Mitsubishi Mirage ES back in 2019 from Jason. The car will finally be paid up by October 2024. This car has never had an issue. Probably 5 flat tires in a 5 year span. I would definitely shop here again. I was in and out, even with poor credit. They work with you.

I purchased a used car from Greenwich BMW and couldn’t be more pleased with the process. As an out of state buyer, I was concerned with the potential tax and DMV issues. My sales person was very professional and answered all my questions and explained the process thoroughly. Upon arrival, the car was in impeccable condition, as stated in the advertisement and they honored the trade in value discussed over the phone. The loan process was quick and there were no surprises! All in all the best car dealership I’ve had.

I am compelled to provide a 4-star rating for this dealership due to several factors. Firstly, I had the pleasure of working with Mr. George Mack and Mr. Bernard Birtch, both of whom demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in accommodating our requirements. However, it was not until the next day that a somewhat reasonable offer was presented, which unfortunately came too late as we had already committed to purchasing a vehicle from an alternative dealership. The primary concern with Route 46 Nissan lies in the presence of additional fees that are not readily apparent and are not disclosed in the original posting on cars.com. These undisclosed charges can be perceived as misleading and can potentially impact the customer's decision-making process. Despite this issue, I must acknowledge the efforts of Mr. George Mack, who made every attempt to waive some of these additional fees, which I genuinely appreciated. In conclusion, if I were to consider purchasing another vehicle from this establishment in the future, I would exclusively engage with Mr. George Mack, based on his exceptional customer service and commitment to addressing customer concerns.

My experience at Major World was exceptional! My salesperson Martin was knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. I told him my budget and he immediately brought me to a section where dozens of vehicles were in my price range. He pointed out the ones he thought were the best value and told me why. He never tried to get me to consider something out of my price range. The whole staff was friendly and very helpful. Imagine our predicament. We live in a small community in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upstate New York. Our neighbor and his wife purchase low-mileage vehicles from dealers throughout the Northeast, then diligently repair them until they are roadworthy once again and ready for purchase by local folks. My wife, another neighbor and I often bring the vehicles home. Monday afternoon we were driving north on the Thruway with a Ford F-150 we had just obtained from a dealer in Wayne, NJ when we noticed the left front tire losing air. We pulled over, discovered that the spare had no air in it, prayed, and decided to try to make it to the next exit. We proceeded slowly for miles in the breakdown lane and made it to the Harriman exit at last. Spotting a Walmart sign, we made for it. It was too far. The tire split just as we pulled into Orange County BMW's parking lot. What a "kettle of fish". Surrounded by so many shiny, premium new autos, the sad F-150 was so out of place! We shuffled disconsolently into the office and a young man jumped up to greet us. "What can we help you with?" he asked. "We are looking for a Good Samaritan," I replied. "Let's see what we can do," he responded." His name was Michael Pussilano and he indicated that he was "on loan" for three days to Orange County BMW from his own Mercedes dealership. He walked out into the cold to survey the damage, then assured us they would take charge. He then invited us to make ourselves comfortable in their waiting room. Their waiting room was warm (so welcome after spending time outside in the bitter wind!), spotless, well-lit, and featured an interesting array of magazines, classic models, accessories, and clothing. They worked on the old Ford for over an hour. Presently, Michael returned with a tire wrench in one hand and the spent cable lock from the Ford's tire carriage. He apologized because they had had to cut the cable (a necessity with ANY truck subjected to over 30 minutes of New York State's overly-salted winter highways!) and cautioned us to tighten the lug nuts on the freshly-installed spare tire after a few miles, for safety's sake. I reached for my credit card and received the shock of my life. What did we owe? "Nothing," Michael stated, "this was a complimentary service". We had found our "Good Samarian". What more could I say? None of us will ever forget the kind, thoughtful, efficient service that we found at Orange County BMW. Thank you, Orange County, for so kindly getting us back on our way.
