This is my second purchase at this location. Originally I purchased a pre-Owned vehicle in 2012 .I was very pleased with the purchase and the staff, as a matter of fact I felt it couldn't get any better.Boy was I wrong. Nick Di Bernard was awesome he went above and beyond my spectations. He was courteous professional and stood true to his word. I'm so happy with my 2014 Grand Turismo...Thanks Nick for creating a" miracle" and Jeff(aka Barry White) for making the finalization so smooth.

Peter Kessell was excellent to deal with. He is very professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and likable. He responded quickly to question and followed up on the status of our new ordered vehicle. When received at the dealership he contacted us timely and the transaction process was quick, pre prepared, accurate and without issues. He presented the car to us and gave us a good understanding of the features in the car. These new car have many features and Peter was very knowable and explain them quickly and easily to understand. Yesterday I went to pick up my 2024 X4 BMW at Morristown Dealership. My salesman was Rick Fanfan whom I think was amazing with his delivery. Getting me to feel comfortable and safe in my knew car and its remarkable features. As a sales man went back to ask for every thing that I was expecting. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Daniel Pieroni was excellent to deal with. I bought a lightly used vehicle that was exactly what my wife was looking for that we could not find closer to home. Despite being in St. Louis, MO and Daniel being in NJ, he made me feel comfortable enough to buy the vehicle without seeing it first. He sent me pictures and immediately answered multiple questions I asked. He also went above and beyond to have some minor scratches treated so the car arrived looking practically brand new despite being 3 years old with 17k miles. I would buy from Daniel and Park Ave BMW again in a heartbeat. It was painless and efficient as well as a pleasant surprise to deal with an honest, trustworthy car sales representative.

I cannot say enough about Park Ave BMW Service. Best service I have ever received. Claudio the Service Manager is an outstanding Employee for this facility. He is qualified, polite, and a pleasure to deal with.

Really appreciated the process with Brad. Emailed back and forth about the final price of the car and just had to go in and do paperwork and pick it up. Highly recommend working with him - ask for Brad if you're going with this dealership. The only issue we had was with Heather, the Finance Delivery Specialist. We hadn't gone over the registration with anyone and when we told her that we had our own plates, she got very flustered and quite annoyed at us. She told us in a huff that she had to do the paperwork all over again. We then just asked about the financing term length and she snapped at us saying "I can't change that. That's set." Not only could she have been nicer, I'm pretty sure if we said we want a shorter financing length, we can do it. She just made it feel like we were wasting her time. Would not recommend working with her at all. Overall, really liked how thorough and great this dealership was. They made sure we understood all the aspects of the car and Brad was helpful and patient with the process.

I've been a customer of Open Road BMW Edison for years, they give excellent service and David Lutz is a great sales representative who works with you on features you're looking for in the car. Everyone from The Director of service, service agents, Technicians, Parts manager the cashier, loaner car team to the valets who bring your car back to you, the whole team is great. Their recently consolidated location in Edison brings new and certified sales into 1 location which is also great. Keep up the good work Open Road BMW!
