Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. I went in to have my 2006 RL serviced and ended up buying a 2023 MDX. Demareo (MJ) was our sales guy. We really liked him . He had such an up bet personality. I want Acura to know what a great young man he is. His knowledge of the car and instructions on how to operate all bells and whistle 😁 . I’m sure I will need him again for other things. This was the best vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. I was searching for an F150 that had exactly what I wanted in Southern California, but no one had the 6.5ft bed in stock. I found one in Arizona, one in San Jose, and one at Big Valley in Stockton. I dealt with each dealership, and found Greg Renwick at Big Valley to be the first real human being at a car dealership! Seriously, he's a stand-up guy. There was no b.s. in the process. I arranged everything via text with him. I flew up to Stockton on a Monday afternoon. Greg picked me up at the airport and we arrived at the dealership around 6:30pm. My truck was parked right up front. We went for a test-drive, then headed inside for paperwork at 7pm. I was out the door and on my way back to SoCal by 8pm. It was ridiculously easy. Even the finance guy (can't recall his name) was great. No up-selling or guilt trips. I won't need to buy another truck for a long time, but when I do, I'll be sure to check with these guys first. Thanks, Greg!

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. The finance department also made doing business efficient and simple. I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Richard B 12.30.2024
