I have had the most satisfying experience over more than ten years with Audi Bethesda and Jacob Jay. I just leased a 2024 A3 . What I most appreciate about Jacob is he is patient in answering all my questions . He did not rush and helped me understand the benefits of the new car and the improvements made over the 2020 A3 I had previously leased with his assistance three years ago. I never felt pressured in making a decision. Jacob is a good listener, extremely knowledgeable about Audis, and his low keyed approach has made me a repeat customer. When I came to pick up my new car, Jacob again was patient in showing me how all the new technology works and answering all my questions. If you are looking to buy or lease an Audi, Jacob is who you must see for a stress free experience. Although there other Audi dealers now closer to where I live, I return to Audi Bethesda to have the benefit of working with Jacob.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

This was our first experience in buying a new car in over twenty years. Needless to say we were a little nervous about the process. We had heard good things about the X-5,so we took the big step of going to BMW of Fairfax. Upon arrival we were met by Jordan Warnecke who took the anxiety out of the whole process. He patiently answered all our questions,offered the many options available and helped us buy our perfect car. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle we took a trip to Maine. On the way up there we were involved in a five car accident that totaled our car. We were fine,but we’re in a strange place and did not know where to turn for assistance. Desperate, I called Jordan who was able to recommend a body shop in New Hampshire and gave us advice on how to proceed. When we finally got home to Virginia,one of the first things we did was to contact Jordan and purchased another X-5 exactly like the first one. I am not sure all client advisors would go to the lengths that he did. If and when we buy another vehicle,I know we will be contacting him.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

I purchased a 2019 BMW 430I from Elite Auto Brokers in April and I absolutely love it. My sales rep (Fred) made the car buying experience super smooth. I went back yesterday to get my door checked out. I spoke to Bob and Liat on the phone before I made the long drive. They quickly confirmed a perfect time for me to bring the car in.
