Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

The dealership manager was excellent and very helpful. He made everything easy for me as a customer. Service advisor was excellent and very helpful too. I?m just wondering why it was put on my service receipt that my car?s wiper blades needed replacement when I didn?t ask for it. Also, one of the tires of the loaner car that was given to me was having issues with its tire pressure. Lastly, I really appreciated the car washing that was complimentary after the service however I?ve noticed that it cause some scratches on my car. Handwashing is more preferable (and that?s what I always do) than machine car wash. But overall, the team was helpful.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. I had an overall positive customer service experience while shopping for and purchasing a new BMW. Nazareth, Gaurav. Michael and another name I can't remember (B something) were all helpful.

Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.

Sales associates very attentive and so it?s management. The did not disclose few important items like warranty expiration of the car. Also financing experience is sup Par to other dealers.
