I have been having my BMWs serviced at BMW of San Rafael for decades. I have always had nothing but the best experience with every aspect of their service. Recently, my advisors Ryan and Matteo are doing a great job of dealing with all of my service issues with professionalism, personability, empathy and humor. I would enthusiastically recommend their service to anyone who owns a BMW.

They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.
