Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. After four BMW's over 25 years at Santa Monica BMW, I think I am a fine representative to write. a review on them. I never purchased a vehicle from them, always somewhere else. However, always serviced my car there... 1) a 2012 328i hardtop convertible, 2) a 2014 328 Sportwagon, 3) a 2012 328i 6 cyclinder sportwagon, and 4) a 2019 X3 S30i. My favorite of the bunch was the engine of the X3, the sport suspension of the 2014 sportwagion, and the best torque was the 6-cyclider 2012 Sportwagon. Overall favorite is the newest X3... what a car. After all these years, I only had one issue..I was promised a car detail if I did a review of the service rep's work before my car was done, and after when I brought it up, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about... Lesson: GET IT IN WRITING, ALWAYS! Just because they"recommend" something you don't need to do it. Remember that. Overall, it is a great delealership in my eyes. I would go here vs.Beverly Hills BMW any day!

Not proud of myself for what I put Desiree and Skye through. Lol Here is short version. I use my truck for work and it was just purchased a month ago. First week I lost a/c unit while in Az. I was able to get fix at dealership before anyone knew of a recall on a/c compressors. Now I’m in Texas 5 days later and it broke again. Now I’m extremely pissed off. I paid 140k for a new truck and now this. I took to where I bought my great truck at coconut point ford. I met Skye and Desiree after out call. These ladies are extremely good with their customers. They both had me at calmed down and laughing about a cheap product Ford company stuck in my truck. They explained so much regarding how much work is needed to get this job done with the right parts. Unfortunately due to damage that defected compressor. The sent me pictures. Communication was awesome and I have to say this diesel truck service dept. and their mechanics are top notch. I will only take my truck to them moving forward. If you want transparency, then come here for service. Finally. Considering the extensive damage that was caused, they had my truck back in a great time frame. Thank you Coconut point ford diesel service dept.

The buying process was simplified. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with the buying process and deals. Staff were very friendly and eager to make the process easy.

Great experience. Still deal is not done as price is not agreed with sales department. James is the only reason for this review. Let’s hope deal will done so can be able to meet great sales people and able to see BMW of Bayshore showroom. Never been to this part of NY.
