I went into Mercedes-Benz of Fort Myers just to look at cars to determine what I wanted and planned to buy a car in July. My father and I were greeted out front by Gary Fuller who is the most awesome, transparent, and easy-going salesperson. I test drove a GLC 43 AMG and the GLC 350e and Gary was right - the GLC 350e was the way to go. Next thing I knew I was buying a car they had just put on the showroom floor that morning. My husband and I have been researching what our next vehicle purchase would be for over a year now. She was such a pleasure to talk to and didn’t pressure us. We told her to keep in touch and she has all this time. Well this February we messaged her that we might be ready. We still were apprehensive about a new vs used vehicle. After meeting with Jeanne we felt 100% sure new was the correct choice and put a deposit on a new Honda Odyssey. We picked out our color and the car was delivered and prepped the next day! Wow! It’s gorgeous! New technology is awesome. All personnel treated me with dignity and respect....as if l just bought a new car from them. I only came in for a recall issue. I was impressed with the video demonstrating the work that was done on my car and the timeliness in finishing the job. I liked the fact that they washed and vacummed my car; I'll definitely go back when my car needs servicing.
