Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Service is very good. .They did oil change , change new tire and rebalance my car. They let me loan their car for me to get hone and go to work.

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. The dealership manager was excellent and very helpful. He made everything easy for me as a customer. Service advisor was excellent and very helpful too. I?m just wondering why it was put on my service receipt that my car?s wiper blades needed replacement when I didn?t ask for it. Also, one of the tires of the loaner car that was given to me was having issues with its tire pressure. Lastly, I really appreciated the car washing that was complimentary after the service however I?ve noticed that it cause some scratches on my car. Handwashing is more preferable (and that?s what I always do) than machine car wash. But overall, the team was helpful.

They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.
