Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Recently took my car in for a regular service and worked with Tim Price. Tim is always positive, upbeat and professional. He gave me a concise breakdown of what needed to be done on my car with all related details. He reminded me of the warranties I have in place and that everything would be covered. I received a clear time line regarding the scope and sequence of the work with a realistic expectation of when the car would be ready. The communication remained consistent and I picked up my freshly washed, vacuumed and serviced car by days end. This has always been my experience when working with Tim!

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. Brought my X3 in for recall work and for a problem with windshield washer fluid sprayer. Service Advisor Mel was a pleasure to do business with and all my expectations were met in regard to the completed work.

They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.
