Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I went with the sole purpose of trading my Apex Blue Pearl ILX ASpec for the same color TLX ASpec I had seen the previous time I had my ILX serviced. When I arrived, there was also an Integra in the same color and I immediately became indecisive. Grant Geels was my salesperson and he was great at explaining all of the differences of the 2 vehicles while I test drove both. When it came to the negotiation of sale, neither the manager or Grant were ever disrespectful or belittling, which I had experienced in the past at other dealerships, and it was a successful negotiating experience. I LOVED my ILX for the 4 years I drove it and had never experienced any issues, I was just ready for an upgrade. I love my TLX more!

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

Last week we traded in our 2019 Mini Countryman for a new 4-Door Hardtop Mini. I could simply say that our sales rep Lawrence Chavez sold us the car, but it was more than that. He went out of his way to help us select from the stock on hand, to explain the varied features and our options, and to make us comfortable with our final choice and with the Mini App. He is an exceptional representative. Bought a used ford f150 pickup truck. Was initially just fact finding but the salesperson(Michael) took me over to see a later year model that was in excellent condition. He worked proactively with me and his management team to get a price that was fair and acceptable to close the deal. I did hate when I walked in the one guy at the desk didn't acknowledge me at all. I stood there until another worker came over from getting coffee and asked if I needed help. But Miguel wasn't at the desk and I know he would have said hello right away. He remebers me everytime I come in!

Recently took my car in for a regular service and worked with Tim Price. Tim is always positive, upbeat and professional. He gave me a concise breakdown of what needed to be done on my car with all related details. He reminded me of the warranties I have in place and that everything would be covered. I received a clear time line regarding the scope and sequence of the work with a realistic expectation of when the car would be ready. The communication remained consistent and I picked up my freshly washed, vacuumed and serviced car by days end. This has always been my experience when working with Tim!

We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.
