Used 2024 BMW X3 SUVs for sale near Highland Park, TX

We upgraded my SUV and traded in at this dealer. The first person I spoke with, Shelby, was super nice. The next person we worked with, Caden, ended up being our sales person. He went through a virtual appointment with us since we were over an hour away. The next day, we drove out to the dealership and traded in my current SUV to a newer one. Caden was also super nice and apologized several times because another client showed up early, overlapping our appointment. We appreciated having a sales person that was down to earth and welcoming.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

Kimberly was fantastic. I didn’t have my Wheel and Tire Hazard insurance with me but she went beyond my expectations to help me find same. I ultimately found it.

I went in to buy a Porsche Cayenne and Derek was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me get exactly what I wanted. Everyone at Harper Porsche is always extra accommodating. This isn’t my first Porsche, and they are always the best in there!

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

We recently purchased a 2022 Denali and our advisor was Lawrence Chavez. He was wonderful to deal with from the very beginning until the end. We had our kids with us and he went out of his way to make sure each of us were taken care of through the process to include offers of drinks/snacks. I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

We had a problem with our 2018 Jeep Cherokee and spoke to Hannah in the service department. She told us to bring the car in for a look since we were travelling from Canada. To our surprise we were met by Matt in the parking lot with code reader in hand. He took care of us immediately and we were on the road very quickly. Recently purchased a preowned Highlander at Watermark. Day or so later saw it in the full sun and realized it was covered with drive through car wash beater brush scratches. Took it back to the dealer and they kept it overnight ,called us by 2:00 the next day to come get it. It looks like a brand new car, I mean it's perfect. No argument, no charge. I highly recomend this dealership!

Bought a used XC90 from them and it went smooth...price was better than most anyone I could find and I got in and out in about 2 hours all in. overall pretty happy and surely happy with the crazy low price I got. will come back.

Hendrick BMW is on another level in dealing with car sales. Abrah Adams is a unique car salesman who knows all of the ends and outs but does not pressure. Even the sales manager was great in working with us. The service department is top notch. It is not usual to says this but buying a car at Hendrick BMW was a great experience.

My car needed service so I called the dealership, BMW South Austin, and arranged to have them pick up my vehicle and leave a loaner. My service advisor, Calvin Medrano, reached out to let me know the car had been serviced but would need another day to effects a minor repair. All in all, great customer focused service.
