I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. We are so happy with this car that my husband is talking about getting one for himself, and he is an Audi and LandRover fan. BMW, thank you for your continued dedication to quality and reliability.

I have been having my BMWs serviced at BMW of San Rafael for decades. I have always had nothing but the best experience with every aspect of their service. Recently, my advisors Ryan and Matteo are doing a great job of dealing with all of my service issues with professionalism, personability, empathy and humor. They have a good service. Some of the salespeople are rude though. It has a sitting area, free wi-fi, and free coffee. You might find some good deals.

Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.

He gave me a concise breakdown of what needed to be done on my car with all related details. He reminded me of the warranties I have in place and that everything would be covered. I received a clear time line regarding the scope and sequence of the work with a realistic expectation of when the car would be ready. The communication remained consistent and I picked up my freshly washed, vacuumed and serviced car by days end. This has always been my experience when working with Tim!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
