Wonderful experience in the service shop. From getting me a loaner to getting my car fixed right and quick. Josh did a great job of communicating and letting me know what was going on.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations. I worked with employee Marcus, and if ever needed I would request to consult with him specifically because he went above and beyond in every aspect.
