New and used 2025 BMW X3 30 xDrive for sale near Chevy Chase Section Five, MD

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

You always judge the dealership by the quality of service and this is where BMW of Fairfax in my view above all in the area. They have a very professional and motivated team and they really take care of your car. I feel comfortable dropping it off because I know they will take care of it the same as I would. I want to remark on the exceptional, service I received at Rockville BMW. I recently decided to go from a 350 GLE to a second SUV. I test drove Porsche , Volvo, Mercedes, Audi and Range Rover. All outstanding cars. My top two choices were the Mercedes GLC and the BMW X3. I did a lot of research comparing both automobiles and found both to live up to the standards of German engineering. The service that I experienced at Rockville BMW was top-tier. I did not wander the showroom without being acknowledged. More than five people asked me if I was being helped, directed me toward refreshments and made sure that I was seen. My sales professional was Mike and he arranged my test drive efficiently and made sure I was comfortable for my test drive between the X1 and X3 automobiles. The care I received from beginning to end was outstanding. And the showroom is immaculate and I look forward to going back for service appointments. I did not feel pressured at all by Mike and it was a wonderful car buying experience. Normally car shopping is a chore. No one enjoys it. The pressure to buy. The haggling. Jason was our client advisor and WOW. Very knowledgeable of the cars. Not pushy. Went above and beyond to get us all of the info we needed. Again, NOT pushy whatsoever. It felt like we were just hanging out with a friend and talking about cars. I dropped my vehicle off the night before my service appointment. I wasn't offered a ride back home but when I asked about it the service adviser arranged one. Would have been nice to have been offered a ride without asking. The next day I received a call mid-morning from the service advisor giving me an update on my vehicle. They told me it would be ready around 3:30pm. I asked how late I could I come in since it was a work day but that I may be able to come earlier. I got there around 3pm and it wasn't ready yet. I waited an hour for them to finish it up. After having dropped my car off the previous day and it sitting there all day, no work had been done on it. I still had to wait an hour. I could have saved a bunch of time and energy by just coming in with my vehicle during the day and waiting the hour. The service was fast, but the lack of communication made the experience inconvenient. I gave 5-stars anyway because it's overall a minor critique, but it'd be nice to give accurate time estimates or none at all so I can better plan my day accordingly.
