I don?t know where to start. From Rick (Sales Mgr.) to Mark (Sales Agent), Craig (Sales Agent), Matt (Mgr.), Burt & Osmond (Finance), and Ronaldo (Service) plus the entire service team. Nothing short of amazing. I purchased a 330e and luck would have it that things didn?t work as planned when I bought the car. BMW Murrieta Team simply took the car back and exchanged for another vehicle. Rick is an amazing human being along with Ronaldo, Mark, Craig, Matt, and the entire BMW Murrieta staff. I have never met such caring people in the car industry as the BMW Murrieta Team. Words cannot explain how much gratitude, respect, and appreciation I have for those folks. They are the true definition of ?Genuine? people. I will forever be grateful for them and will always go back to them for any car needs and my next car for as long as that team is present. I brought my cadillac that I purchased from the cadillac dealer when it was a year old in 2019. It was a great car but they didn't tell me it had been wrecked and repaired. BMW made it right and now I have a new BMW. I had purchased 3 cadillacs new from the local dealer. Not anymore BMW will have all my and my family going forward. Thanks guys! The facility was super busy yet still took me in the same day I called. I had issues with my i3 and was hoping they could find the source of the problem. I was takes care of by Lauren Montez who was just amazing. She walked me through every process of getting my vehicle taken care of. She quickly got me into a loner car and I was in and out super fast. Lauren kept in contact with me while my car was inspected and quickly let me know if the service I would be needing. I am so glad I took my i3 there because it is an electric car and I know the service would be professionally handled. The price of service and parts was better than I thought it would be. Please don?t hesitate to visit Principal if your car needs service. I am so glad I went there. The facility was super clean and efficient. I will certainly be going back when I need service again. Lauren made the whole process easy and I will certainly be asking for her assistance again.

I had a flat tire and my BMW x7 was towed to Fields BMW in Daytona Paul was in the case early Monday morning and was finished with the replacement by 10 am. He communicated very well with me I would recommend Fields BMW to anyone for their great service
