Really appreciate Wendy who helped me through the buying process for my i4. She helped from initial contact, the buying process, and even a follow-up to make sure things are good. I dinged one star for the buying process because it took a while to get financed and contract signed but that wasn't her fault. It was just that there were a number of others that needed help at the same time. The buying experience there was good.

Awesome experience with Adam very attentive and non judgemental. He was very detailed with the contact and very knowledgeable. However, Jesus who works the shop that sells hats and keychains unmeasurably rude on so many levels. I put a BMW hat on hold and it was 1 min and 30sec remaining he said extremely rude Its closed and I have somewhere to be I proceeded to plead and say it was on the register on hold with the cashier who was ringing up a customer. But remember the doors were not closed yet and they were still helping someone. My sister and I just bought 150k in cars that day and didnt even get I AM SORRY come back tomorrow .. just I have somewhere to be.. From the front to the back was exceptionally amazing but Jesus if I had not already looked at a car, we would have went somewhere else. Five star everything. - 5 stars for the store representative.

I appreciate how kind and helpful my sales person Jose Chichipa was. He really took his time listening to what I wanted and showed me several cars on the lot and online until I decided on the car I wanted. It took me several hours over the course of two days to finally come to a decision yet Jose was very patient and professional the entire time and made it an enjoyable experience from start to finish. One thing I will say the price on the vehicle is set there is no wiggle room they are already priced low, I agree. What got me was no one was pushing me to buy the guy Alec who helped me take it out for a spin was freaking awesome and showed me some cool features. Antonio the sales rep got me a mind blower 2.49 financing I was sold.
