I had been looking to lease a car for the past few months and after countless dealership visits, I came across Rallye. I was in contact with Robert Chae one day prior to purchasing a car from another BMW dealership in Connecticut and I am so glad that my call was forwarded it to him. Because I purchased out of state (first time doing so), it was honestly such a headache but he truly helped so much and I was able to get my amazing car at a great deal. He not only went above and beyond to assist (worked all day on his day off so I could get my car the next day) but he was also honest which I very much appreciated considering I've had less luck with other car sales men. The dealership itself is massive and they have a great selection and in my opinion the prices can't be beat. If you're looking to purchase or lease, highly recommend checking them out and dealing with Robert Chae- he truly is the best and my fiancé and I can't wait till we go back for another car!

He is beyond the epitome of hardworking, his customer service is unmatched, his particular attention to detail is paramount, his professionalism is luxury like the BMW brand. My list would be extensive if I continue to describe all he's done but take my advice get in line and ask for MIKE! He treats me like family!

Excellent! The service, personnel and facility were all terrific. They did want they said they would do within the time frame they said they would do it.

My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

I was looking for purchasmy my new 2022 x3. I went to another BMW dealership BMW of Tenafly , Paul Miller . If you're in the market for a new BMW go see Jorge Velarde at BMW of Ramsey. Jorge was the first guy in the area who really took an interest in what I was looking for, but didn't pressure me at all. Jorge is very professional, down to earth and very knowledgeable about the product. No games or trickery like other BMW dealers. It will not be my last purchase with them. Today I picked up my new 2022 330i xdrive with the M-Sport package.....nice! I was fortunate to have Nectarios Aristidou...aka..Nick, who is without a doubt, a great car salesman. He helped me order my new car directly from the BMW manufacturer in Germay....without any preasure. The dealership bought my 2019 530i xdrive and applied the equity towards my new lease. Overall, I would recomend going to BMW of Freeport for a new or pre-owned BMW....and don't forget to ask fo Nick.....
