The best experience in buying our new 550E BMW. Deandre our salesman was exceptional. He tutored us several times in the use of the vehicle. This car even parks itself.

Had a maintenance service which cause a small part damage hence replacement. Waited for weeks to get it replaced. Through out the process the service advisor was helpful and responsive despite their subcontractors didn?t perform well, but I was updated promptly and apologetically by the service staff.

Excellent Sales, Setup and Finance. Would definitely recommend to others looking for a pain feee experience.

Vel is a great sales guy. Very responsive and will work with the customer. We drove from MI with a trade in and they honored their offer. There were a couple minor things like steering wheel was more worn than we would have expected given the nice condition of the rest of the car. Small headliner plug interior for convertible top was missing. Other than that it was a smooth transaction.

Amazing experience buying IX from Bill Jacobs. Michael Fontana was fantastic in hand holding me along the way - all while making a virtual purchase! BMW issued a temporary recall block on this and many other similar vehicles and the purchase was held for more than a week. Among other things, Michael would update me the status on a daily basis and promptly facilitated the purchase right after the recall fix. Now that I am retired, I wanted to cut cost by trading my M440i for something with a lower payment. I worked with Client Advisor, Sam Bhurgri who advised that I probably could get the savings I needed with an i4 xDrive 40. I was skeptical because I thought that model would be above the target monthly payment I needed and I also told Sam that I did not think that I wanted an all electric vehicle at this time. Sam suggested I drive it to see what I thought and he would work on the numbers. I asked Product Specialist, Ben Johnson to go on the drive with me since I knew so little about the electric vehicles. I am glad I did because Ben was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and gave me very helpful information. I ended up loving how it drove and was very sold on the vehicle. I also was very surprised to find out that with all of the incentives, Sam was able to get the payment down to where I needed it. Working with both Sam and Ben was such a great experience. They were very respectful, honest and helpful and special thanks to Sales Manager, Zahid Baloch for his involvement. I would gladly recommend working with them and BMW of Bellevue.
