New and used 2025 BMW X3 for sale near Pembroke, MA

I had an exceptional experience at BMW! The representatives were not only professional but also genuinely friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. They consistently go above and beyond to assist. One of the highlights of my visit was definitely the complimentary snacks and drinks available while I waited for my car repairs. It really makes a difference and enhances the overall experience!

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Matt in service is fantastic! Made sure all the details of my vehicle were checked. It was done at the promised time and made future appts for recalls. Very thankful for the great service. Thank you Matt!

Jayme Snyder explained all maintenance due and the recall that was going to be performed. She kept us up to date on the performed work. Also informed us on an additional job the vehicle should have. She discounted the additional job which we greatly appreciated. Also the technician did a great job servicing the vehicle including the recall, you would never know the rear door interior panels were ever removed. All that and the first class job washing the exterior of the vehicle.

Since the 90’s I have owned 5 used BMWs. Once you drive them you don’t change horses. I have been bringing them for service there since 2009. Great service and no need to wait for parts as in other garages. They are stocked. And they treat the earlier models (older) BMW customers as well as they treat someone who is either buying a brand new one or has a new one. They run the cars through the wash when finished and wipe down the interior and vacuum - and it is a very classy touch. The wifi is strong so you can get work done when you are waiting for a repair. It’s painless.

Not sure why all the poor reviews, but I have had nothing but positive experiences with this dealership. As for someone that has had many, many cars in my lifetime, buying my 3rd BMW was a no brainer and this store seemed to have more stock of certified cars than any other. Ill always gravitate back to a Herb Chambers, since I bought two Lexus from the Sharon store and had a great experience with their sales and service (although I would never by another Lexus, but thats a different story). Herb Chambers dealerships are all about exceptional customer service and great relationships for the long term which is what I like. From start to finish, this dealership had great communication from online, text and in person and Ahmed, my sales person was exceptional, friendly and professional and I could not ask for anything better. Great service, great people and quality cars , I would highly recommend this dealership. The location is not ideal, and it is a smaller dealership with mostly cars in the showroom, but they do an excellent job.

I?ve always enjoyed going to BMW of Norwood very professional individuals there and their service is impeccable. Always enjoyed going to have my car serviced at the Norwood location
