Purchased a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica from Ferman BMW and David Soto was our salesman. We had arranged to see and test drive online and were using Sams club program I did not plan on trading in as I had a good offer from Carvana. They were able to meet my requirement to trade in my vehicle. David was excellent, no pressure, calm and friendly. Business office was the same, no pressure and easy experience I will highly recommend Ferman based on this experience and David Soto as an excellent person to deal and buy from. Only issue we wish we had been told there was only one key/ fob to vehicle as now we must pay for a second key/ fob

I would like to compliment my service advisor Clinton Wong. He coordinated multiple service items on my vehicle, including two different third-party repairs. He kept me informed of the process along the way. My car was ready for pick up when he promised. He essentially treated my car like it was his own. He personally oversaw all the different services and made sure everything was done right. The other person I would like to recognize is JT, the salesman I worked with over a year ago when I purchased my vehicle. He continues to take care of any needs or questions I have very promptly. I always know I can contact him and get a quick response. He helped me set up the current service, so that I could have all the work done with one visit. The dealership manager was excellent and very helpful. He made everything easy for me as a customer. Service advisor was excellent and very helpful too. I?m just wondering why it was put on my service receipt that my car?s wiper blades needed replacement when I didn?t ask for it. Also, one of the tires of the loaner car that was given to me was having issues with its tire pressure. Lastly, I really appreciated the car washing that was complimentary after the service however I?ve noticed that it cause some scratches on my car. Handwashing is more preferable (and that?s what I always do) than machine car wash. But overall, the team was helpful.
