Purchased a 2025 Ridgeline Trailsport to replace a 2025 Ridgeline RTL that was totaled in an accident about a month ago. This is the third Ridgeline I have Purchased from Watermark Honda. Joe Yamada was the salesman on each of these purchased. I was treat with respect and never get pressured into buying something I did not want. My wife also purchased two CRVs from Watermark. I am a loyal Honda fan. I highly recommend Watermark for you vehicle needs. Joy Yamada has been a great salesman and has become a good friend.

I just purchased a used car from Rick Hill Imports and it has to be the smoothest and most pleasant buying process I’ve ever had with a dealership. They even dealt with my slow loan approval process through my personal bank, and everything went off without a hitch. A lot of dealers will force all kinds of things you don’t need, manipulate you into paying more than you need to, but I was treated with respect, didn’t feel forced into any decisions, and I’m currently in love with this car. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
