New and used 2025 BMW X3 SUVs for sale near Hanscom AFB, MA

My service tech Theo was great! The dealership swiftly had me pull my car in for an unscheduled recall item ( i scheduled it from an email that i received about the recall, but they didnt notify the location). Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience even though it was a free recall service and i didnt even purchase the car from them😀.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

They are always professional, and I genuinely enjoy coming here?it feels like home. I recently brought in my X7 because the brakes would squeak intermittently. They inspected the vehicle and explained that the noise is caused by moisture, which is common in our area. They reassured me it?s a known issue and nothing to worry about.

The best part of today?s experience was the service rep, Carlos. We have dealt with him numerous times and he is great every time!

Brought my X3 in to troubleshoot the parking assist feature that was showing an error code. Ethan, as usual, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know upfront the the problem is usually a sensor that was damaged. He was correct? Looked like a rock from the road hit it. As it wasn't a defect it would be an out of pocket cost. Ethan got the cost down as low as he could. Every time that I have brought the car to BMW of Shrewsbury I have been extremely pleased. I continue to use them as my " go to" BMW dealer.

Teresa is the best. She is kind and transparent and to the point with a soft and kind presence. Dan is very helpful and on point. I like his dry sense of humor! These cars just are expensive to maintain but when I work with Dan and Teresa I don?t feel I am being taken for a ride and they always help me and give me options. They are just consistently excellent customer service reps and good honest people that really show they want to help me as a customer.

Matt Roy is a terrific service manager for BMW in Shrewsbury. He’s exceptionally thoughtful, patient, kind and considerate. My wife and I have done business with him again and again over the years because of his ongoing commitment. He’s loyal and honest and incredibly kind to us. He’s been genuine and caring throughout. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.
