The best part is my car always is washed and vacuumed and windshield water refilled. They even sent me a video of any problems which makes me feel confident that the service is done in an honest way

We were on the hunt for a hybrid X5 with the head's up display which was deceptively difficult to find. We live in Brooklyn and called around and finally connected with Vince who informed us he had a hybrid in the queue and helped us build out the car to the exact specifications we wanted. The actual purchasing process was incredibly smooth thanks to Kursad and Noha. After a not so great experience with a dealership in Westchester, it was a huge relief to have such a pleasant and friendly experience with this team. We picked up our car over the weekend and couldn't be happier with both the car and the process at Flemington. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Tom and his colleagues were great to work with. It was my 2nd car purchases at the dealership and first under the new ownership. Tim was extremely helpful and very timely in keeping us apprised of status and updates throughout the process. Additionally the process started almost a year ago until we finally decided and received the car. Called the parts department at closing time and could not have been treated more courteously and professionally by Tom. He took the time find a solution to my dilemma that six service people, four parts people at three other BMW dealers, and two rep from the BMW Genius Center could not solve. I am grateful and would highly recommend this dealership and will look to them for help with our three BMWs.
