Whenever my vehicle needs service I take it here. The service managers are really good to work with and I really appreciate them sending videos to my phone so I can see exactly what the technician is seeing. Pricing could be better and I think the 3% service charge on credit cards is nickel and diming customers otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I absolutely loved my service from Zeigler of Orland Park. I drove 2hours away from the the location and received excellent service. Grant and Colleen were exceptional and had all my paper work ready for me to sign. When I test drove the car Colleen made sure I had a full tank of gas before leaving. Excellent overall experience working with this dealership from two different salespeople and the sales manager. Ordered a car for me without hesitation or trying to push a car in their inventory. Once car arrived Shyann picked up the sale due to my original sales person’s promotion to a different department.
