New and used 2025 BMW X3 SUVs for sale near Maynard, MA

I had as always a wonderful experience at Norwood service department. Went in without an appointment due to an engine light issue. Carlos and the team helped me figure out the issue and I walked away assured my car was in good shape.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

That was one of greatest BMW service dealers experience that I never had. Starting from excellent customer service, guidance in the decision making process, the highly competitive and reliable technical repair through the affordable repair cost and follow up. Trust me if you are driving a BMW, just try BMW in Norwood in Massachusetts and you will judge by yourself and honestly your car will remain in great shape and you will be more than happy with your experience. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

My service tech Theo was great! The dealership swiftly had me pull my car in for an unscheduled recall item ( i scheduled it from an email that i received about the recall, but they didnt notify the location). Everyone was very helpful and kind. Great experience even though it was a free recall service and i didnt even purchase the car from them😀.

Brought my X3 in to troubleshoot the parking assist feature that was showing an error code. Ethan, as usual, was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He let me know upfront the the problem is usually a sensor that was damaged. He was correct? Looked like a rock from the road hit it. As it wasn't a defect it would be an out of pocket cost. Ethan got the cost down as low as he could. Every time that I have brought the car to BMW of Shrewsbury I have been extremely pleased. I continue to use them as my " go to" BMW dealer.

Matt Roy is a terrific service manager for BMW in Shrewsbury. He’s exceptionally thoughtful, patient, kind and considerate.
