I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

Walked in with flat tire, drove out with new tire < 1.5 hours on a Saturday with no prior appointment . Service was fantastic and the even washed my car.

I saw a car online I thought I might like and Mohammed reached out to me. I made an appointment to see the car, but when I got there he had gotten tied up longer than expected with another customer and put us with Donovan. He was a pleasure to work with. We have 2 BMWs that we have serviced at Hendrick NorthLake. Recently we have had both cars in for service. One for some warranty work and another for general maintenance repairs. In both cases we worked with JR in the service dept and I can’t say enough good things about him. From the moment of drop off to pickup and the communication between he is above and beyond.
