just purchased a 2024 BMW X3 from Tully BMW of Nashua, and I can't express enough how exceptional my experience was. His expertise and kindness were remarkable, and he took the time to ensure I understood all the features of my BMW. I am grateful for his assistance and would highly recommend his services to everyone. Overall, I would give a five-star review to both Noah and David. Thank you for making my car-buying experience outstanding! Sorry, Nick in Finance, I’m giving you a one star. I walked in there knowing what I wanted to buy, no finance, cash in hand, and I said I didn’t wanna hear the spiel about all the extras and the warranty. And yet you still made me wait for what seems like a half an hour for you to print off the paperwork, then hand write it down on a blank sheet of paper, when the printed one was right behind you. Not a fan of this sales technique to buy “ Add on warranties”. My whole buying experience was great until it came to the financial “upsell” of the deal. For reference, I was paying cash for my 2024 BMW.

I've had the 2025 X3 30 now for 5 months and it is great! It replaces our 2022 X3 that was recently totaled and both passenger walked away with just bruises so it is a safe car! This is one reason I purchased another X3. Big difference on the interior panel than the 2022 as everything has gone to touch screen for all controls which I not real fond about, even the owners manual is on the touchscreen software, The twin turbo gives plenty of power and the gas milage has improved from the older model. The gears change smoothly and the ride is also smooth. You now get a spare tire since BMW did away with the run flat tires which I hated as they did not wear great. The accessories offered in their package covers everything you want in an auto. I don't understand why the rear exhaust are hidden though as I like the chrome exhaust on my old 2022. This year the 3 was redesigned and it is slightly bigger.

Incredible experience from purchase to service! Only dealership I will purchase from. They treat you like royalty throughout the experience! Highly recommend

The experience with Tulley BMW did not start well as there was miscommunication as to which location the car we wanted to see was located and some frustration because when making an appointment with the business development representative to see the car and telling him we lived about an hour and half away, we got a text message informing us the car was not available 10 minutes before our appointment. However, Noah our sales representative and Zavier the BMW genius, made the purchase experience very good. They both were professional and took the time to answer all our questions.

Normal maintenance delivered on time Kept me apprised of their service with a video and safety check off list. that is all folks. What?s up doc no

I bought a low mileage CPO BMW 328D x drive in 2017. It had 28,000 miles on it and now it has 170,000. It?s needed one repair. I?m thrilled beyond words with the car, very thrilled with the buying process. I just wish their repairs were not so expensive. I guess for most people they?re spending $60-$120,000 on a BMW. They?re not gonna flinch at $220 an hour. But I do. If it wasn?t for that, I take it there for servicing all the time. As it is, I take it there for oil changes, recalls, etc. If you don?t mind the cost, they?re first rate

I was going on a weekend trip and discovered Thursday afternoon that my 5 Series needed an urgent repair to replace the valve cover. I spoke to service department manager Adam Silviani about 2:30 p.m. and asked if he could help me. He had me work with service advisor Pawel Czyz and we got the car in right away, technician Jason King stayed late to do the work. The car was ready by 10:00 a.m on Friday morning and I was able to enjoy my trip. BMW of Stratham went the extra mile and I'm most grateful!

Straight forward oil change ? performed on time and with a smile. Have had great service from this particular dealer for 15 years - (the only ?dealer? I still use from time to time). Recommended - two thumbs up.
