My experience with other dealerships has typically been a bit more lengthy with a lot of back and forth, especially since I couldn't there in-person. Within the first 24 hours of reaching out to the dealership, with the amazing and expedient help of Sarah and Erica, we got the deal done! It was quite surreal! As I flew in to inspect and pick up the vehicle, Erica promptly picked me up at the airport. When I arrived at the dealership, everyone was warm and welcoming. Again, all of the paperwork preparation was ready to go to ensure that I was in and out quickly. Before leaving, they helped give me some cool tips of some spots I should check out in Albuqurque before leaving town. I had tires with screws in them that was replaced and some hail damage that was fixed as well! Brian is my go to service advisor. He always answers all my questions and takes the time to help me understand what will be done to my car. He responds super quickly and always keeps me updated! He’s the best!

Every time I?ve been to BMW of Carlsbad it?s been busy and packed for being a car dealership. But I understand why, it?s because of their excellent customer service all around. Most sales people from my experience sell it and forget it. Not here, they reached out to me and when I voiced my concern they said bring it to us (shout out to Fred) With no hesitation no further questions no haggling, they even made sure I got a rental so I wouldn?t be without a vehicle. It?s not just customer service you get it also comes with care which is hard to come across these days!!!! So I highly recommend this place. (No you don?t have to be rich to shop here because I?m not but they will take care of you)

I was on a long drive with all the dashboard lights flashing red. I pulled into Hendrick BMW without an appointment and they took excellent care of the situation. Saad squeezed me into his busy schedule and got the car repaired in less than 24 hours (new sensors had to be ordered and installed). Saad was very reassuring and took care of the problem. The tech Marcus did a fine job diagnosing the problem and fixing it.

I always to my 2016 320i BMW to HENDRICK BMW-Northlake. The staff there and the service is always top tier. I?ve never had a bad experience there and I?ve been taking my car there for years. They always inform you of what?s going on with your car and will work with you. I want to give a special out to Andrew & JR! They?re the only 2 service representatives who have helped me, but they?re both very polite, courteous, and have excellent customer service skills!

My BMW 128i had a tire pressure system monitor system give a "system inactive" message. Had all the sensors replaced by the third party tire shop. The problem didn't go away , even though the new sensors radiated the signal just fine. Casey spent a lot of time trying to diagnose why the problem was still there - they didn't charge me anything !! I had tor original BMW sensors installed and the problem was resolved.I thought it was very good of Casey to help me at no charge.

I recently purchased a 2017 BMW 440i hardtop convertible, and shortly after buying it, the PCV valve failed. Not knowing what to do, I had the car towed to BMW of Columbia. Unfortunately, my third-party warranty denied the repair claim, but I had the pleasure of working with Sebastian as my service advisor.
