Thoroughly impressed! I had the pleasure of working with Kenny Blair. I've been shopping for a car for a couple of months now and he gave me the best service out of all the dealers that I went to. He was honest with me and I felt very secure and trusted him the entire time. He was very patient and let me look at multiple cars. He was able to work with me to have the upholstery changed to full leather.

Went in to buy a used vehicle they had in their inventory. The finance manager worked out a good deal with me to meet my needs in the vehicle i was interested in. The sales person Axel was great with comunication in the car i was interested on.

I love the car and at the same time I can't help to hate it. What I love about the car would be the luxurious interior, comfortable and quiet cabin, smooth ride, ease of access, and a few extra features that were put in as an add-on. What I don't like about this car would be the poor fuel economy for the 30i model, especially when compared to the B-58 engine. Apple carplay connection issues, no option for remote start unless I want to void warranty, and no option for the iDrive Recorder App. Exterior Styling - 8.5/10 Interior Styling - 9/10 Comfort - 9.5/10 Cargo space - 8.5/10 Driving smoothness - 9.5/10 Horsepower - 7/10 Fuel Economy - 3/10 It's been an overall fun car to get around in. It's easy to get in and out of, smooth on bumpy roads, and it is quiet. The fact that only 2022 models and newer offer remote start and iDrive recorder is a big disappointment. But I think my biggest disappointment would be the fuel economy. As I had the B-58 in the past and averaged out 11.5L/100km and in this X3 am averaging 13.5/100km which was worse than my pick up truck. I might not keep this car for long-term just because of how poor the fuel economy is.

Great experience had a little trouble with my convertible Zl1’ .Anthony the manager had me come in the following day at 9am .the car was fixed by 920 . Great experience from beginning to the end keep up the the work

I love that BMW makes a mid size suv that is part electric now. We purchased the x3 edrive. I do mostly local driving during the week so only need to fill up with gas once a month to every six weeks. Excellent car!

I typically don’t write reviews but you always hear the horror stories about dealerships never the good, to say that car shopping in this economy is scary is an understatement!!! Rich Catalano and his team are a gem a diamond if you will. I went car shopping last weekend for my youngest daughter and I was wrecked. Rich and his associate Chris made us feel comfortable and welcomed. I myself with a past working in the dealership business had my guard up but it honestly was the most amazing experience I ever went through, everything was a conversation amongst friends. Rich welcomed us to the RT46 family and I felt it to be true.. They made my child feel welcomed and like her voice and questions were heard. I will forever only work with the Rt 46 group from here on out and recommend them across the board!!!!!!!!!!!! 5 stars doesn’t do this dealership justice even if you aren’t actively looking for a vehicle pass by say hi to rich and Chris look around with an open mind and come join the family. The BMW X3 is not a crossover that should be ignored. It is more than I expected coming from someone who has owned a 3 Series BMW for the last 6 years. Now I ask myself, why didn't I opt for the X3 much sooner, especially since it is more spacious with better features than my 3 series. Plus the price was only about $3,000 more for plenty more space and amenities. You owe it to yourself to test drive one soon!

This vehicle was very fun to drive, it is comfortable and sporty, and the handling was excellent. Barely any issues, just overall a great driving experience.

I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.
