Firstly, the dealership itself was super clean and welcoming. The staff was all friendly professional. I particularly appreciated the straightforwardness that Anthony brought when working with my wife and me. No games, no funny car dealership business, just a solid deal to a great car.

It's all about the B58 in the M40i. I dinged it one star on comfort because this little SUV rides quite "sporty" even in Comfort mode. I absolutely love this about the car, but I could see how some would feel this is too harsh as it is not a luxurious, cushy ride. But tuck this little beast into a fast corner and it's just...wow! This little German SUV is a sleeper. While the X3M is very nice, the M40i is the perfect balance in my opinion. BMW has really stepped up their game in the X3.

We just bought a BMW Xi from BMW of Warwick. Our salesman Vito is the BEST!! This is the second car Vito sold to us (the first was a BMW 230i convertible thata we still own) and Vito took great care of us throughout the process both times. Our BMW Genius David gave us a great tutorial on the new X-seris dashboard (no small task!). And Erin in financing made the pruchase process as painless as possible. All the folks at this BMW location are wonderful. I highly recommend them! If you're looking for a new or used BMW, give Vito a call!

Only have been driving the car for a week, but it is clearly the best SUV I have experienced. My wife drives the Mercedes 300 - a fine car as well, but I have always preferred BMY engine performance and handling. The X3 is simply a pleasure to drive.

I don't often write reviews, but my experience working with Vito and BMW of Warwick was so pleasant I feel compelled to say a few words. I cannot believe that BMW put a 4 cylinder with turbo in an X3. It is the single problem I have with my car. otherwise it is perfect. The 6 cylinder in my 2005 was Awesome!!!!! BMW stands for Performance, GIVE IT.

This is my 2nd BMW after keeping my previous 528 for over a dozen years ! Still going strong but had to change. After test driving a few, came back to BMW... Its like Apple, once you get an iPhone, it is hard to switch ! Bought a CPO, which gives us more time. Nice car. Good power. Have to constantly check the speedometer to ensure we stay within limits ! So silent and smooth... Love it !

Our salesman, Jonathan is a true professional. The dealership made this a painful experience. Never going back. The only reason we put up with 2 days of getting jerked around was because they were the nearest dealership that had the vehicle we wanted in stock. We'll never return.

The main issue I've had with this car is learning its vast number of controls, some of which are in strange places (such as at the end of the directional signal stalk) and are not clearly marked. The gearshift, for example, is counter-intuitive, and is moved backwards to go forwards, and vice versa-unlike most cars, it doesn't really move and fit into a slot for the appropriate gear. For no fathomable reason, the rear view camera stays on when you then drive forward. The warning system, for a car crossing or a person crossing, is unreliable; for example, if you have the car in reverse, the car hasn't moved yet, but a person walks behind the car, the warning signal does not sound--it only sounds if the car is already moving in reverse (if the pedestrian was walking right behind the car, you already hit him or her). There are also other "features" that make no sense. On the other hand, the car is fun to drive, reasonably powerful, attractive (I think--my wife disagrees), comfortable (except that one feels remarkably many bumps in the road), and quiet.

I want to take a moment to recognize and sincerely thank Douglas RJ Daugherty for the exceptional service he provided during a very stressful time for my family. In the days leading up to my son Josh Jr.?s return to Bucknell University on Sunday, August 24, we discovered that our 2021 BMW X3 was experiencing a coolant leak and issues with the heating module. We were aware the repair would be necessary at some point, but we believed we had more time to address it. Unfortunately, the leak began to worsen quickly?forcing us into a time-sensitive and difficult situation. With my son needing a reliable vehicle to get back to school, and the weekend quickly approaching, we were facing the possibility of either getting the work done immediately or trading in the vehicle entirely. I explained the urgency of the situation to RJ, and that?s when he truly went above and beyond. RJ moved mountains to make the repair happen. He arranged for a technician to work on the vehicle on Saturday, August 23?something that required going out of his way to coordinate and make special accommodations. He didn?t have to work that hard to help us, but he did, and it made all the difference. Not only did RJ get the repairs scheduled and completed, but he also explored financing options to ease the financial burden and even took the initiative to investigate our third-party warranty in hopes of helping us recover some of the repair costs. Throughout the entire process, RJ was professional, compassionate, and incredibly committed to helping us. My wife and I were extremely worried, but RJ?s persistence, communication, and reassurance helped ease our minds and gave us confidence that everything would be taken care of?and it was. I am truly grateful for RJ?s efforts and felt compelled to reach out to his leadership. He is an outstanding representative of the BMW brand and a rare example of someone who genuinely cares about his customers. We?ll never forget how he helped us through a very stressful time. Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. This is my 4th car from AutoMax and have never had an issue with any of the vehicles or the experience. This is the place to go and I will be buying my next car there and asking for Matt.

I have had three BMWs, all with great reliability and high satisfaction, but this is my first BMW SUV. After 5 weeks of ownership, my 2024 X3 is on its way to becoming my all-time favorite. The handling is great, the safety features superb, and the comfort and luxury appearance have surpassed my expectations.
